O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent not to interfere, the petitioner`s civil rights in respect of immovable property bearing survey numbers 601/2 and 601/3 totally admeasuring an extent of 24 cents situated at Oliyamangalam Village, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Pudukkottai District under the guise of repeated enquiry based on the complaint of the 3rd respondent based on the representation dated 27.09.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has purchased a property in Survey No.601/2 and 601/3 measuring 24 cents of land at Oliyamangalam Village, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Pudukkottai District vide sale deed dated 27.04.2023, from his maternal grandfather who was the title holder in the year 2001. The third respondent herein has lodged a complaint claiming right over the property.

3. Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents1 and 2.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Ramanathan / third respondent, enquiry was undertaken. During the enquiry both sides appeared and gave a statement that they will resolve the issue before the District Registrar. Based upon that, the complaint was closed.

5. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. 06.10.2023 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/ No pnn 3/4
