O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking direction to direct the respondents to investigate Cr.No.158 of 2016 on the file of the SubInspector of Police, Uppliyapuram Police Station, Tiruchirappalli District.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.158 of 2016, which was registered for the offence under Sections 294 (b), 355, 448, 506(ii), 436, 511 and 109 IPC.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation was completed and during the course of investigation, it was found that it is mistake of fact. On the above said basis, final report was filed before the concerned Court and RCS notice was pasted upon the outer door of the house of the petitioner. 4.But, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the notice has not been served by the police sofar. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19329 of 2019 5.Whether it has served or not is not clear on record. Let the petitioner shall work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings. He only receive a copy of the closure report from the office of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side). 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
