JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This Writ Appeal is filed against the order of this Court, dated 15.03.2021 in W.P.(MD)No.23939 of 2016.

2.Challenging the non inclusion of her name, the writ petitioner has filed writ petition seeking to include her name in the list of Cooperative Sub Registrar for the year 2016. The writ petition was allowed by remanding the matter to the authorities concerned to consider the case of the petitioner afresh. 3.Today, when the writ appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants, on instructions, submits that the name of the writ petitioner has been included the panel for the year 2016 and nothing remains to be considered further in this appeal. 4.Recording the same, this writ appeal is closed.
