JUDGMENT
In an earlier occasion, there was no representation on the side of the Appellants. Since the Appellants have not represented either by Counsel or by themselves to prosecute the matter, this case was posted today (i.e. 18.10.2023) under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also the Appellants are not represented by their Counsel and they are not present in person, which shows that the Appellants are not interested in prosecuting the Second Appeal.
