This petition has been filed to call for the entire records relating to impugned FIR in crime No.170 of 2013 on the file of the 1st respondent police and to quash the same insofar as the petitioners are concerned.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent, a case in crime No.170 of 2013 has been registered and after due investigation, they filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vallioor and the same has been taken cognizance in P.R.C.No.9 of 2019 and it is pending for committal.
