2.The writ petitioners sought issuance of patta in their names. Their request was rejected by a non-speaking order. On the sole ground, the impugned memorandum is set aside.
3.The petitioners are permitted to submit a fresh online application before the second respondent. The second respondent will conduct an enquiry and pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
