The present Writ Petition has been filed by a daily wage employee working in Public Works Department on a consolidated pay, seeking a Mandamus as against the second respondent herein to regularize her services on par with one N.Parthasarathy. To the said effect, the petitioner has given a representation to the second respondent on 20.09.2024. 2/5
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. Without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.09.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
