ORDER
After some arguments, Mr.G.Radhakrishnan, learned Counsel on record for writ petitioner sought permission to withdraw instant https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.24970 of 2019 writ petition, but made a plea that the rights of writ petitioner may please be preserved for assailing the documents which according to the writ petitioner are fabricated / bogus on the basis of which a patta being Patta No.4123 came to be issued.
2. Learned Counsel for writ petitioner has made an endorsement to this effect in the case file.
3. Endorsement is reiterated in the hearing.
4. Permitted to withdraw.
5. Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn albeit preserving the rights of the writ petitioner in the aforesaid manner. There shall be no order as to costs.
