Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LENIN KUMAR T, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17499 of 2022, dated 30.09.2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.Considering the submissions made by both sides, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions in the said order, dated 30.09.2022, shall remain unaltered.
