ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to the 2nd respondent to issue a patta in petitioner's favour in respect of the Old Natham survey number.2011/1Paa, new Survey No.2011/28 at T.Idaiyapatti West Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District by considering the petitioner's patta transfer application, dated 29.12.2022

2. It is informed by the learned Government Advocate that the request of the petitioner has been rejected by an order, dated 20.01.2023.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the above said order. No costs. 21.10.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes gbg
