This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to grant 7 days emergency leave to the petitioner by name V.Suresh @ Sathiyaraj, S/o.Vadivel, aged about 31 years, now confining as a convict prisoner at Trichirapalli Central Prison, to see his ailing father.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondents would submit that the request of the petitioner has been conceded and he was granted six days emergency leave on 07.12.2019.
