O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to carry out entries in the computer by including the petitioner's name as owner of S.No.590/1B2 of Navinipatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District, as per the order of the first respondent made in Na.Ka.No.G2/12173/2021, dated 23.04.2021, based on the petitioner's representations dated 08.01.2022 and 18.05.2022.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he has made a representation dated 08.01.2022 before the third respondent, requesting him to carry out entries in the computer, by including the petitioner's name as owner of S.No.590/1B2 of Navinipatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District, as 2/5

per the order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.G2/12173/2021, dated 23.04.2021. Though the third respondent has received the said representation dated 08.01.2022, he did not come forward to implement the order of the first respondent. Hence, he has made another representation to the first respondent on 18.05.2022 in person. Since the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard Mr.D.Srinivasaragavan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.Gandhiraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the third respondent.

4. Considering the above facts, this Court directs the respondents 1 to 3 to carry out necessary entries in the computer, as per the order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.G2/12173/2021, dated 23.04.2021, based on the representations given by the petitioner, dated 08.01.2022 and 18.05.2022, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
