ORDER

The petitioner has prayed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to survey, demarcate and fix the boundaries of her house property bearing S.No.153/2A, Plot No.7, situated at Mayanoor Village, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District, by considering her representation, dated 27.10.2022.

2. Heard Mr.M.Viji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms.K.Christy Theboral, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents.

On a perusal of the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.10.2022, it is seen that she requested not to survey and demarcate the property in S.No. 153/2A, Plot No.7, measuring an extent of 2 1⁄2 cents. However, in the prayer made in the Writ Petition, she seeks to measure the same. The petitioner has also not paid the requisite fees for the measuring the same.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the property bearing S.No.153/2A, Plot No.8, belonging to one Valarmathi was attached by the Court in E.A.Nos. 71 and 72 of 2017 in E.P.No.17 of 2012 in O.S.No.92 of 2008 and the 2/4

petitioner's property bearing S.No.153/2A, Plot No.7, was not taken possession and handed over to her by the Court and the same is in possession of the petitioner herself. If the petitioner gives a fresh representation along with requisite fees, her request would be considered.

5. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. It is left open to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned along with necessary application and requisite fees to survey her property.
