The case was mentioned before this Court by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on the ground that the detenues have been secured by the respondent police and hence we permitted the case to be listed in the additional list.
2. The detenues are the daughter and grandchildren of the petitioner. She has been secured by the police and produced before this Court today. The petitioner is also present today.
3. This Court, on enquiring the petitioner and her daughter, who was found missing, understand that due to family dispute, the daughter of the petitioner left the matrimonial home and now been secured. The detenu wants to go with her mother. Taking note of the fact that the detenu is now carrying and in advance stage of pregnancy, it is advisable to leave the custody of the detenu and her children with the petitioner/mother.
4. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed since the detenu and her children been secured and handed over to the petitioner herein. [G.J.,J.] & [S.M.,J.] 24.01.2023 Index: Yes/No Internet:Yes/No PJL
