ORDER
This Review Application has been filed seeking to review the order dated 08.08.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.11710 of 2021.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the non-consideration of the other limbs of the relief sought for in W.P.(MD).No.11710 of 2021 and therefore, according to the petitioner, there is an error apparent on the face of the order dated 08.08.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No. 11710 of 2021. The petitioner claims that even though he had sought for interest on the belated payment in the prayer sought for in W.P.(MD).No. 2/6
11710 of 2021, the said prayer was not considered in the order dated 08.08.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.11710 of 2021. However, as seen from the prayer in W.P.(MD).No.11710 of 2021 though interest was claimed for the belated payment, the petitioner had sought for interest as against all the respondents, whereas in this review petition, the petitioner claims that the interest is payable only by the third and fifth respondents. The order dated 08.08.2024 passed by this Court in W.P. (MD).No.11710 of 2021 was dictated in the open Court in the presence of all the counsels and only after recording the submissions of both the counsels and only in their presence, the order dated 08.08.2024 came to be passed in W.P.(MD).No.11710 of 2021. When the prayer in W.P. (MD).No.
11710 of 2021 does not specify as to who will have to pay interest, there was no necessity for this Court to consider the request for payment of interest for the belated payment. The learned counsel for the the petitioner also did not make any specific request on 08.08.2024 during his submissions for payment of interest.
3. Only as an afterthought, this review petition has been filed, though in the prayer in W.P.(MD).No.11710 of 2021, the petitioner did not make a specific request for payment of interest from particular 3/6
respondents in the said writ petition. Unless and until, there is an error apparent on the face of the order dated 08.08.2024 in W.P.(MD).No. 11710 of 2021, the question of reviewing the said order does not arise. There is no merit in this Review Petition and accordingly, the review petition stands dismissed in the admission stage itself.
