O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed by an employee of transport corporation, seeking a mandamus, directing the respondents to release a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- from the petitioner's Employee Provident Fund account for payment of medical expenses.

2. To the said effect, the petitioner has sent a statutory form on 26.09.2024. Since the same has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Considering the above said facts, the respondents are directed to release the eligible provident fund amount to the writ petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above said observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
