Mr.V.Anand, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The petitioner has made a representation to the respondents on 06.11.2019. W.P(MD)No.24813 of 2019 respondent to pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner. But the same is pending before the second respondent without passing any orders. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is given to the second respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 06.11.2019, as forwarded by the first respondent on 08.11.2019, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
