ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(B), 133, 118(1) and 351(3) of 1/3

BNS, 2023 in Crime No.227 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the nature of allegation in this case that the petitioner borrowed money from the Sriram Finance and when the defacto complainant being the employees of the said financial institution came for recovery of the money the petitioner is said to have been stabbed them with scissors, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipator bail.
