The instant Writ Petition has been filed by a Special Grade Driver-II of the respondents Transport Corporation seeking mandamus to direct the respondent to release a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- from his PF amount to meet out the marriage expenses of his daughter.

2. The respondents herein are directed to release eligible amount to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, as the petitioner has already submitted his form in this regard.

3. This Writ Petition stands disposed of, with above directions. No costs.
