O R D E R

This Court by order dated 16.03.2018 had directed the authority to pass orders on the petitioner's representation. Alleging that this order has not been complied with, this Contempt Petition came to be filed.

2.Today(09.01.2020) when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader produced a copy of the proceedings dated 02.01.2020, stating that the petitioner's request has been rejected. Therefore, the only course open to the petitioner is that to challenge the said order in the manner known to law.

3.Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
