ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner figured as respondent in C.O.P.No.39 of 2018 on the file of the Disputes Redressal Commission, Virudhunagar. An adverse order was passed after the petitioner was set exparte. The execution petition has also been filed and arrest warrant has also been issued against the petitioner. In these circumstances, this civil revision petition came to be filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for admission, I make it clear that the petitioner has to avail appeal remedy. The petitioner has since filed appeal in C.A.No.1394 of 2024 before the State Commissioner, Disputes Redressal Commission. It is for the petitioner to pursue appeal remedy.

4. Taking into account the special facts and circumstances of this case, the arrest warrant issued against Thiru.Durairaj shall be put on hold and kept in abeyance for a period of 60 days from today. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
