PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to call for the records in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in HMOP.No.128 of 2022, dated 30.09.2024, on the file of Sub Court, Sattur, Virudhunagar District and set aside the same, allow the Civil Revision Petition. For Petitioner : Mr.S.Balaji ***** COMMON ORDER The matter has been listed today under the caption "for extension of time for trail Court".
2.By order, dated 08.07.2025, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P. Nos.57 of 2023 and 128 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Thereafter, on the request made by the Court below, this Court, by order dated 26.11.2025, had granted further time to comply with the order, dated 08.07.2025.
3.The Court below has now again submitted a letter in D.No.668/2026, dated 28.01.2026, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further time to comply with the order, dated 08.07.2025, made in these Civil Revision Petitions.
4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, two months time is extended finally from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order, dated 08.07.2025. 20.02.2026 pal To The Sub Court, Sattur, Virudhunagar District.
