PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent made in his proceedings in Detention Order No: B.C.D.F.G.I.S.S.S.V.No. 69/2022 dated 14.10.2022 and quash the same and set petitioner's son by name "Karthick @ Keeri Karthi S/o. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents has submitted that the detention order, which is impugned herein, has already been revoked by the competent authority. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous. 2/5
