ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to take action against the respondents 3 to 7 for demanding exorbitant interest from the petitioner and also threatening him based on the his complaint, dated 25.07.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR.No.439 of 2024 came to be registered and at the time of enquiry, the petitioner has given a letter stating that they would sort out their issues before the elders and on that basis, the complaint was ordered to be closed. 2/4
