Heard both sides.

2. The only relief sought for by the petitioners is that the District Revenue Officer, Madurai must expeditiously consider the petition mentioned revision petition.

3. No exception can be taken to the said request. The first respondent is directed to hold enquiry and issue notice to all the interested parties and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The District Revenue Officer shall adhere to due process of law.
