PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to expedite and complete the proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 3160/2020/Ma.Maa to modify the OSR area as per modified layout sketch within the time stipulated by this Court. 1/4

ORDER

Mr.D.Gandhiraj, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the first and second respondents and Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the third respondent. 2.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the proceedings initiated by the second respondent to modify the OSR area as per the modified layout sketch has not been completed so far.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader for the first and second respondents, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has not produced the necessary documents for consideration. If the said documents are produced by the petitioner, necessary orders will be passed within the time fixed by this court.

5.Considering the above submission, this Court without going into the merits of the matter directs the petitioner to produce all the necessary documents as required by the second respondent. On such production, the second respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
