The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to furnish the details of the retirement benefits and other emoluments payable to the petitioner and to direct the respondents to pay the balance of amount payable to her, as per the order, dated 23.08.2018, passed by the first respondent.
2. The petitioner states that she was working as Anganwadi Worker and retired from service on 31.12.2011 on attaining the age of superannuation. The grievance of the petitioner is that her service particulars have not been provided by the respondents enabling her to claim the retirement benefits. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Interestingly, the petitioner is seeking for her own service particulars by filing a writ petition before this Court. If at all some of the service particulars are not available with the petitioner, she has to approach the Competent Authorities and if the Authorities refused to furnish the particulars, then she has to file an application under the Right To Information Act, 2005 or to approach the Higher Authorities by following the procedures contemplated for securing the particulars. In the event of filing any such application under the Right to Information Act, 2005, the Authorities are bound to give particulars enabling the petitioner to redress her grievance in the manner known to law.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
