ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.77 of 2019 dated 05.06.2019 and to file final report within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the first petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.77 of 2019 on 05.06.2019 for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 IPC.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that it is a job racketing case and that they have examined 2 witnesses and investigation is pending and seeks one month time to file a final report before the concerned Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.77 of 2019 and file a final report before the jurisdictional Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
