ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner on the basis of his representation to the 1st respondent, dated 28.08.2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.120 of 2023 was registered on 31.08.2023 by the second respondent Police.

3.However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even after filing of case, the respondents 3 to 7 are making trouble and causing life threat to the petitioner.

4.In view of the above, if the petitioner finds any trouble, he is at liberty to file a fresh complaint by mentioning the name of persons, who caused trouble and date and time of occurrence clearly before the respondent Police. So that, the respondent Police may enquire further. 5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
