This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first Respondent to instruct the second Respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute under the guise of the enquiry, in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the third Respondent.

2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the enquiry had been conducted in CSR.No.59 of 2022 and it was closed, as the subject matter of the dispute between the third Respondent and the Petitioner is civil in nature.
