ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner along with his family member's life and limb at the hands of the respondents 4 to 8 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.203 of 2024 on 13.09.2024 for 2/4

the alleged offences under Sections 296(b), 324(4) and 351(2) BNS and investigation is pending and subsequently he has given a complaint and the same is pending for enquiry in current paper.

3. Recording the same, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as to the private respondents and conduct enquiry and take a decision within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
