ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner in any manner under the guise of enquiry without following any due process of law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the fourth respondent's father has given a complaint before the Inspector of Police, Keelakarai Police Station and is pending for enquiry and subsequently, the fourth respondent has given a complaint before the third respondent and is also pending for enquiry.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that they have already appeared before the third respondent twice. 2/4

Considering the above, the Inspector of Police, Keelakarai Police Station, Ramanathapuram District is directed to forward the complaint, which is pending for enquiry, to the third respondent and on receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as to the fourth respondent and his father and conduct enquiry in respect of both the complaints and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
