O RDER This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.63 of 2015 within a time as stipulated by this Court. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of lapse of 8 years, there is no progress in the investigation.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on 13.10.2023, the second respondent obtained signature of the defacto complainant and the petitioner submitted the same to expert examination. The final report will be filed after receiving the above said report. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
