ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent police to file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai in Crime No.211 of 2019 pending investigation on the file of respondent police.

2. It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.211 of 2019 on 08.06.2019 for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 IPC.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they have examined 6 witnesses and investigation is pending and seeks two months time to file a final report before the concerned Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government 2/4

Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.211 of 2019 and file a final report before the jurisdictional Court within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
