ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] The order on which captioned Contempt Petition is predicated is dated 09.02.2021 in W.P(MD)No.2204 of 2021 and that order fixes a time frame of 'six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order'.

2.Dates of receipt of the copy of the order ie., order dated 09.02.2021 in W.P(MD)No.2204 of 2021 by each of five respondents in the captioned Contempt Petition is not readily available in the case file. 2/6

3.Faced with the above situation, learned counsel sought leave of this Court to withdraw the Contempt Petition but made a plea to preserve the rights and contentions of the petitioner to come up with a similar/same Contempt Petition after ascertaining the aforesaid dates so that a fresh Contempt Petition can be filed with the dates qua five respondents in the Contempt Petition with exactitude and specificity. 4.Learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows: 3/6
