ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.not known of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by one Muthu Kumar enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.383 of 2022 and during the course of enquiry it was found that there is a money transaction dispute between the parties and the petitioner undertook to settle the issue.
