PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records pertaining to Crl.M.P.No.9192 of 2023 dated 02.05.2024 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sivagangai and quash the same as arbitrary and illegal and in consequence thereof direct the respondent to handover the key to the petitioner.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This writ petition is filed challenging the order of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sivagangai dated 02.05.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.9192 of 2023 appointing an Advocate Commissioner to take possession of the property, which was mortgaged by the petitioner's husband with the respondent bank while availing the loan.
2.The learned counsel for the respondent Bank submits that as per the direction of this Court during the earlier date of hearing, with regard to the total outstanding dues, One Time Settlement was offered. The petitioner has also paid the entire amount and the property has also been handed over to the petitioner. 3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
