of 2023, dated 22.08.2023, in Crime No.18 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police to surrender and execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. This petition is ordered and the time for surrendering and executing the sureties is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
