COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) These Review Petitions have been instituted seeking to review the judgment of this Court dated 21.09.2017 passed in W.A(MD)Nos.426, 427, 428 & 689 of 2016.

2.While disposing of the intra-court appeals, the Division Bench of this Court set aside the orders of the Writ Court and consequently directed 5/8

the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Thanjavur, to dispose of the complaint within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the complaint. All the issues, including the question of maintainability of the complaint, were left open.

3.In view of the above, there is no error apparent on the face of the record to consider the present Review Petitions. 4.Accordingly, these Review Petitions are dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
