ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 289 days in filing the above Review Applications.

2.Heard the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the petitioners the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the respondents have got no objection to condone the delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 289 days, however, on payment of costs.

4.Accordingly, these petitions are allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) to E-Seva Kendra Porta Cabins attached to this Bench [Account No:7026895311, IFSC Code:IDIB000H040, Indian Bank, High Court Branch, Madurai] forthwith on receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, these petition shall stand automatically dismissed without further reference to this Court.
