The said detailed agreement is taken on file. In view of the same, this Second Appeal is disposed of. The settlement agreement shall form part of the decree. Since the matter is settled in the mediation centre, the Registry is directed to refund the court fee. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
