Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.LENINKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.(MD)No.1961 of 2023 in Crl.RC.(MD)No.138 of 2023 dated 03.02.2023. 1/3

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the conditions imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
