ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere with the civil dispute between the writ petitioner and his brother fourth respondent in respect of writ petitioner's father borewell and electricity service connection SC.No.5 in S.F.No. 386/1, Senthi Udaiyanathapuram Village, Sivagangai Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the third respondent has not received any complaint from the writ petitioner.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would 2/4

submit that since the respondents 2 and 3 have refused to receive the complaint, the writ petitioner was forced to send a complaint to the first respondent.

5. Whatever it is, considering the submissions made on either side, the writ petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation before the third respondent and on receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the writ petitioner as well as to the private respondent and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
