PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to pass an order directing the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry frequently.

2.The case of the petitioner is that he is one of the Co-ordinator of the Festival Committee to celebrate Vinayagar Chathurthi Festival in the Village on 19.09.2023 at about 6.30 a.m. He was regulating the traffic being the Coordinator of the Festival Committee. At that time, the second respondent abused him and also assaulted without any proper reason. It was intimated to the first respondent herein and later the second respondent without any reason calling him to appear before him twice. During the appearance, he was harassed and threatened that he will foist false case. On that ground, this petition has been filed.

3.But, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that except the above said incident no other enquiry is pending against him. Only this petitioner has sent repeated representations making allegation against the second respondent herein.

4.It appears that except the above said occurrence of regulation of traffic, no other enquiry is pending. The question of harassment may not arise, since no 2/4

complaint is pending against the petitioner.
