Heard both sides.

2.The question is whether the petition mentioned land belongs to the writ petitioner or to a temple.

3.Factual aspects are involved. The petitioner has to necessarily go before the jurisdictional Civil Court for establishing her rights. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the impugned order was passed without notice to her. This contention does not appeal to me. My attention is not drawn to any provision which mandates that personal hearing has to be afforded to the applicant. Of course, while disposing of W.P.(MD)No.19627 of 2022, I had directed that if there is any other interested person, he shall be put on notice. The petitioner cannot take advantage of the said observation. 2/4
