O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the representations of the petitioner, dated 07.09.2015 and 23.09.2015, in the light of the clarification letter No.16115/CMPC/2018-1, dated 25.05.2018, issued by the Finance Department and the proceedings in RC.No.E3/000679/2013 dated 29.01.2013, issued by the Senior Regional Manager, Chennai, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the representations of the petitioner are considered on merits and in accordance with law.

3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents has also not raised any serious objection, if such a direction is issued to the respondents.

4. Accordingly, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representations dated 07.09.2015 and 23.09.2015, after giving due consideration to the clarification letter No.16115/CMPC/2018-1, dated 25.05.2018, issued by the Finance Department and the proceedings in RC.No.E3/000679/2013 dated 29.01.2013, issued by the Senior Regional Manager, Chennai, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
