2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is allowed and the condition already imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.
