This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 528 of BNSS., to call for the records relating to the proceedings in Crime No.665 of 2021, dated 28.09.2021 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as arbitrary and illegal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,22.10.2024), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
