(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that quarrying operations have been stopped in the subject property. 2.If any illegal quarrying operations are identified, the concerned authorities are bound to initiate appropriate action and prosecute the offenders in accordance with criminal law.
