Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action for cancelling the deed of security bond dated 04.08.1966 registered as Document No.1237/1966 on the file of the Sub Registrar Office, Karivalamvandanallur, Tenkasi District, namely the fourth respondent herein in the light of G.O.Ms.No. 326 Agricultural Department dated 05.11.2008 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2024 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action for cancelling the deed of security bond dated 04.08.1966 registered as Document No.1237/1966 on the file of the Sub Registrar Office, Karivalamvandanallur, Tenkasi District, namely the fourth respondent herein in the light of G.O.Ms.No.326 Agricultural Department dated 05.11.2008 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2024 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard both sides. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Considering facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioner wants to disposal of his representation only, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.08.2024 and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 22.10.2024 Index :
